GWOCI Euro Tour 2020: 40th Anniversary British Treffen

Getting there
Uttoxeter is centrally located in the UK and is approximately a 3-hour (245 km) drive from Holyhead but there are plenty of ferry options to choose from.

Pre-inscription
Pre-inscription will be open from 1st January 2020. Everyone who pre-inscribes will receive a FREE Treffen t-shirt. The pre-inscription form along with a t-shirt size chart will be available to download on the GWOCGB website (click here).
Treffen site opening times
The Treffen site will be open from Monday 24th August. Toilets will be available from Monday and shower facilities will be available from Tuesday at the latest. In addition to the Treffen inscription fee, a charge of £5 per day per unit (not per person) will apply to attendees wishing to camp in tents or motorhomes at the Treffen site before Thursday, as follows.
Arrival on Monday = £15 + Treffen inscription
Arrival on Tuesday = £10 + Treffen inscription
Arrival on Wednesday = £5 + Treffen inscription
Arrival from Thursday onwards = Treffen inscription only
Motorhomes and camping
Motorhomes may be parked either at the Treffen site or at the adjacent caravan park. Motorhomes parked at the Treffen site will require pre-inscription. Normal inscription fees will apply. There will be no electricity connections provided at the Treffen site except for medical requirements. Motorhome water tanks should be full before they are parked up. A water hose will be provided by the Treffen organisers for motorhomes to fill up before entering the field. Both motorhomes and tents will be parked / pitched on the inner course (grass) but there will be separate areas designated. There is no hard standing ground for motorhomes, they will be parked on grass.
Please note that the adjacent caravan park is a completely separate entity. Click here to visit its website. Attendees wishing to park motorhomes here should book directly with the caravan park and will pay the standard caravan park rates in addition to the Treffen inscription fee to gain entry to the Treffen site. There are no special rates for Treffen attendees parking motorhomes at the adjacent caravan park.

Catering and entertainment
GWOCGB are going "all out" to make this 40th Anniversary British Treffen a very special one with plenty of interesting things planned to take place throughout the week. There will be commemorative items as prizes and for sale. They will be hosting their very own bar and have confirmed that Neil Green, the preferred caterer, is back by popular demand. It promises to be a great event!
